Linda Meredith Inman of Albemarle, NC passed away on February 17, 2025 at the Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord, NC.
Linda grew up in Syracuse, NY and pursued a career in nursing. It was the beautiful warm weather that brought her to Winston Salem, NC in the later years of her career. She spent her life serving and caring for others as a hospice nurse and even after retiring, she was involved in giving back to her community and taking care of Seniors.
She loved animals, music, antiquing, cooking, making jewelry, sewing, traveling and enjoyed spending time and making memories with family and friends. She always had a smile on her face, loved good conversations, making people laugh and had a strong Faith. She was known for being a wonderful mother, best friend, selfless, a hard worker, having a silly personality, compassionate, loving, loyal, supportive and always giving great advice. She was beloved by so many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family
Linda is preceded in death by her husband Harold Inman and parents Charlie and Elizabeth Petrie. Linda is survived by her daughters Holly DeVore and Crystal Gilmore, son in law Ryan DeVore, close cousins Bonnie and Adam Babcock and many more loving extended family members. A private immediate family service was held on February 27th.
