After earning her degree from Northwood University, she met her husband, Robert Johnson. They got married on May 24, 1969 at Hemlock United Methodist Church. She embraced life with an infectious enthusiasm. Linda relished the role of a grandmother and was excitedly anticipating the arrival of her fourth great-grandchild, with three great-grandchildren already brightening her days: Adora, Tora and Colten.

Linda is also survived by her cherished sisters, Marianne (Robert) Howe and Joyce Peters, as well as her brother-in-law, Gordon Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom will remember her kind heart and loving spirit.
