She was a daughter of the late Viola Beverly (Arbuckle) and James S. Van Osdol. She was married on March 31, 1958 to Keith Hayes Maple and they shared 25,548 days of marriage. She was a 1957 graduate of Milroy High School and was a housewife and mother. She attended the Milroy United Methodist Church and was a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star #116,
Survivors include three sons, David (Katherine) Maple of San Antonio, TX, Chris (Melody) Maple of Milroy, IN, Jeff (Paige) Maple of Williams, AZ; one daughter, Amanda Maple of Milroy, IN; two sisters, Ann (Ron) McDaniel of Shelbyville, IN and Beth (widow of Carl) Long of Illinois. Three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, and several step great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son Keith Hayes Maple II and one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Maple.

Daughter #12 for our Wings of Faith Grand Family added so much joy and love. It took a minute to hear the answer YES. She and Keith added many Blessings to our year of service and continued throughout the years.
