Linda Merritt Wilson, 77 years old, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. She was born in Cowpens on July 24, 1948, to the late Robert White Merritt and the late Allene Turner Merritt. She was a respected real estate broker and agent for 40+ years associated with several different offices. She was also a member of the Daughter’s of the American Revolution and the Daughter’s of the Confederacy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert White and Allene Turner Merritt, three brothers, Bobby, Jimmy and Gerald.
Survivors include her sons, Gary Wilson, Jr., of Spartanburg, Robert "Mike" Wilson (Laini) of Spartanburg, and three grandchildren, Michael Gage Wilson, Kayla Ogle and Leah Ogle and her little loving canine companion, Max, 4 nephews and 5 nieces.
Friends are invited for visitation on Monday, March 9, 2026, 5-7 pm in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary and Crematory. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory with Pastor Michael Evans of Crossroads Clifton Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow Daniel Morgan Memorial Gardens.
