Linda Mersman Obituary
Linda Josephine Mersman, 73, passed into eternal life Monday, October 27, 2025 at Solace House in Joplin, MO.
Linda is survived by her Loving Husband Rick of 43 years. They were married April 2, 1982 in Miami, OK. Linda was born July 19, 1952 in the State of Washington. She graduated from Seneca High School in 1971. She was an accountant at Martin Oil for many years. Linda enjoyed going to car shows, cruising in her Mustang convertible and going on motorcycle rides. Seeing the mountains, back road drives and holding hands with Rick were her favorites.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel & Dorothy Williams and brothers, Roy Williams & Charles (Chuck) Williams. Linda is survived by her husband Rick, Seneca; brother, Darrel Williams & his wife Mary of Miami, OK; niece, DaNell Loar (her girl) & her husband Rob of Joplin; nephews, Jacob Williams & wife Tori of Joplin; Kirk Williams & his wife Jamie of Miami, OK; Craig Williams & his wife Emily of Joplin, MO. Great niece, Katrina Macy & her husband Cory; Great nephew, Kevin Loar & his wife Sidney. Great-great niece & nephews: Trey Macy, Maverick Macy, Brett Williams, Blake Williams, Allison Williams, Caleb Williams & Cadryn Williams. Also a dear friend Marty Woods
Funeral services will be November 15th, 10:00am at Hornet Christian Church in Hornet, MO (North of Seneca just off of 43 Hwy). Rev. Mike Roark & Gary Beard officiating.
