Linda Sue Miller, 84, of Kingmont, WV passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026, surround by her loved ones. She was born on January 13, 1942, in Waynesburg, PA, the daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Margaret Louise (Chisler) Stewart.

Linda graduated from East Fairmont High School. After high school she worked for Owens Illinois until the factory closed, Stone & Thomas department store and she baby sat for many families in the Fairmont area over the years. In her younger years Linda enjoyed bowling and in her later years enjoyed crafting, shopping, reading and watching WVU basketball. But what she loved most was spending time with her family and attending and cheering on her grandchildren and great grandchildren's activities.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Robin Moore and her husband Rob and Johna Snyder and her husband Randy, granddaughters Ryann Moore and Jordan Constable and her fiancé Matt and, great grandchildren Mila, Milan and Matson Moran, her brother John Stewart and his wife Sharon and several nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 41 years Larry Keith Miller.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Wishing Well Assisted Living facility for the love and care that they not only showed to Linda over the last year but to her family as well.

Family and friends can gather at Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm and then Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am. Pastor Nici Masters will be officiating the service and a burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
