Linda Anne Moebius born of Long Island, NY on April 17, 1951 entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the age of 73 after a years-long struggle with breast cancer.
Ms. Moebius lived in New York, but spent her last days with her daughter, Mallory in New Orleans. She was the daughter of Ruth Ethelwyn Pettersson & John William Allen. She was survived by two daughters, Christina and Mallory, and a granddaughter, Chiarra.
While not an active parishioner, she followed the Episcopal faith. She spent part of her life as a photographer. She enjoyed spending her time coordinating events, creating event décor and engaging in creative side businesses. She felt most fulfilled helping friends in need, often providing assistance to doctor's visits and bringing home-made food.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a charity that provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families.
Ms. Moebius will not have a funeral service. Arrangements will be made to have her ashes scattered on Cape Cod, Massachusetts where she spent many holidays vacationing with family.
