Linda Nguyen, 57, of Kingsford, Mich., passed peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Linda was born in Ishpeming, Mich., on July 11, 1968, to the late Roy and Kay Grigg. She graduated from Kingsford High School in 1986. Linda lived most of her adult life in Green Bay, Wisc., where she raised her daughters. After the passing of her mother in 2018, Linda moved back to Kingsford, Mich., where she enjoyed the rest of her time.

Linda loved spending time with her family. You could always count on Linda being late. If you were on time, you weren't on Linda Time. But that was Linda, always late, but worth the wait. Linda loved watching football and was an avid Packers fan. She was the most thoughtful and loving person, with a passion for caring for others that shone through in her care for her residents at Evergreen Assisted Living.

Linda is survived by her boyfriend Michael Belanger; children: Kimidy (Ian) Nguyen, Ericka (Michael) Nguyen, Lynnelle Nguyen, and Nathan (Nicole) Belanger; grandchildren: Amelia Ness and Mikey Sisco; brothers, Clint (Lori) Grigg and Eric (Honey) Grigg; father to her children: Tao Nguyen; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Kay Grigg.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain, Michigan. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Gordon Grigg III will officiate.
