Linda "Weeze" Prisco (née Anderson)
Age 73. Longtime resident of Chicago Heights. Born in Moorhead MN, and also lived in Fargo, ND, Memphis, TN, Park Forest and Richton Park, IL.
Beloved wife for 41 years of Anthony "Tony" Prisco. Devoted mother of Carmen (Courtney) Prisco and Jamie (Ryan) Prisco-Heldt. Cherished "Grammy" of Cora, Cienna, and Capri Prisco.
Graduate of Rich Central High School, Class of 1970. Linda dedicated over 40 years to providing in-home daycare, becoming a beloved second mother to multiple generations of children. Known by most as "Weeze," she was also a loyal presence at Prisco's 11 West Tavern in South Chicago Heights, where she supported her husband, Tony.
Daughter of the late Alice (née Caveye) and Jim Anderson. Loving sister of Sally (Ted) Goff, and the late Jim and Charles "Bud" Anderson. Dear sister-in-law of Thomas (Martha) Prisco. Aunt of Jessica, Grant, and Emily Goff; Marcus, Rick, Jerry, Tammy (Kypers), Blaine Anderson, and Michael Prisco.
Linda was known for her selflessness, fun-loving spirit, caring nature, and the love she extended not only to her family, but to the many children, friends, and neighbors whose lives she touched. Her joyful impact and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
