Linda Jean Sibley, age 67, of Stonewall, Louisiana passed away on June 7, 2024. She was born on December 15, 1956, in Zwolle, Louisiana to James Dewitt and Reba Elaine Dew.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Drive in Shreveport. Officiating the service will be Pastor Coy Fuqua. Interment will be held at Mt. Heights Cemetery, 121 Bedsole Lane US 171 South in Mansfield, Louisiana. Honoring Jean as pallbearers will be Harvey Jones, Tucker Ring, Mason Gibson, Dale Pantalion, Randy Pantalion, and Shaun Snyder.
Jean enjoyed spending time with family and spoiling her grandchildren. She loved to read and enjoyed watching the cowboy channel. Her favorite past time was rocking out on the patio with Nelson Cole. We are proud to be called hers and are so blessed to have walked in life beside her. Now, all her hard work and dedication to her family and her Lord is being rewarded for eternity.
Jean was preceded in death by parents, James and Reba Dew; husband, Bob Sibley; father of her children, Rick Quinley, Sr.; sisters, Rosalie Dew, Glenda Johnson, and Sharon Dew; nephews, Raylon, Melvin, and Damon; granddaughter, Emily Quinley.
Left to cherish her memory include her children, Ricki Quinley, Jr. and wife, Carla, and Amanda Quinley; grandchildren, Alyssa Riley (Mason), Averi Quinley, Zoie Riley, and Kyndall and Gage Strolis; sisters, Barbara Pantalion (Allen), Martha Allen, Mary Eastman, Kay Cole (Nelson), and Shelia Austin (Ernie); brother, Buddy Dew (Carolyn); along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
