Linda Sue Stevanus, born on May 7, 1948, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 76 years old. She is survived by four children—Rik, BoDee, Niki, and Erin—and was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Steve, who passed away one year and four days prior. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Brent and Scott. A private ceremony in her memory will be held at Rose City Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
Born and raised in Portland, Linda dedicated over 30 years as an elementary classroom teacher. Yet, her greatest joy was being a loving, devoted mother. She was a respected educator, a committed wife and mom, and a servant leader in numerous volunteer roles. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
