Linda Thompson

With a spirit filled with humor and a heart full of love, Linda Jean Thompson, fondly known as Sis, lived an extraordinary life. Born in Renton, WA, USA on August 13, 1947, Linda's jovial nature and supportive persona quickly became her trademarks, making an impact on every life she encountered. For 43 memorable years, she resided in Renton Highlands before moving to Enumclaw, Washington. Her career spanned several years in the Aerospace industry as a talented Graphic Artist before she retired to spend more time doing what she loved most; bowling, golfing, and, above all, spending treasured moments with her family.
Linda's generosity was as vast as the ocean and as constant as the northern star. She was deeply committed to her family, always ensuring they knew the depth of her love and support. Her laughter, a funny and infectious sound, will continue to echo in the hearts of those she loved dearly. Linda is survived by her loving husband, Danny Thompson, her devoted daughter Jen Clintworth and her son-in-law Brian, their children Caleb, Hannah, Aaron, Andrew, Josiah and her great-grandchild Serenity. Her son, Sean Thompson, his wife Katie, and their children Paige and Max, also survive her. In addition, Linda's sister Tammy Kilgore and her husband Steve, their children Craig and Mark, and her other sister Sandy Lawrence and her husband James, their children Travis and Kat (Anna) will forever remember her loving nature.
Linda is preceded in death by her father James Richards, her mother Jean Richards, and her sister Kimberly Richards. In the words of the Bible, "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." (Proverbs 11:25). This verse is a testament to Linda's life, a life defined by generosity, laughter, and love. Even though Linda has departed from this world, her spirit lives on in the hearts and memories of those she cherished.

A celebration of life will be held January 25th, 2025; 1:00 pm, at Plateau Community Church, 920 Roosevelt Avenue, Enumclaw, WA, 98022. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to the charity of your choice in her honor.
