Linda Anne Treasure, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, 73, of Westfield, WI, passed away on June 28, 2025.
She was born in Kenosha in 1952 to John E. Boswell and Norma (Hall) Boswell. Linda was a devoted wife to Daniel Treasure, mother to Joseph (Diane) Gussarson, Kelly (Gussarson) Forney, Dana (Nate) Coon, Lexi Treasure, Daniel (Amber) Treasure, Eric Treasure, and Kayla Treasure.
Linda was preceded in death by her Father John E. Boswell, 2012, Mother Norma (Hall) Boswell, 1985, Sister Diana Grumbeck, 2014 and Robert Grumbeck, 2004, Brother Richard Boswell, 1977 and is survived by Rosemarie (Rich) Garisto, Jeff (Laurie) Boswell, Sue Ellen (Roger) Smith, Timothy (Jamie) Boswell, Karen (Bob) Seaburg, Lori (Brian) Jeltema, 15 grandchildren, and dozens of nephews, nieces and cousins who loved her dearly.
In 2018, Linda and her husband, Daniel Treasure, retired to a quieter life in Westfield, WI, where they enjoyed watching wildlife, growing flowers, and walking their property. She was passionate about making her grandchildren feel special by attending milestone moments, sending notes, phone calls, and her famous chocolate chip cookies. She was an avid genealogist and took special joy in sharing her historical findings. Linda also loved music from Vince Gill to Prince’s guitar solos.
Linda’s sudden passing is felt by everyone close to her. She will be remembered for her kind heart, thoughtfulness, and great sense of humor. Her immediate family will honor her wishes to keep her goodbye’s private, but we all celebrate her life and how much we loved her as she is forever in our hearts.
