Linda Roper Treu was born August 3, 1953, in Fort Worth Tx. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and wife. She was a wonderful friend to all who knew her. She loved to sing and had the most beautiful voice. She was very creative and loved to decorate, make crafts and paint. She had a very deep and close relationship with God and enjoyed going to church and sharing in fellowship. She loved sports cars and classic cars. She loved to laugh and play and enjoyed her grandchildren no matter how big they got. She will forever be cherished and missed.

She is preceded in death by her first husband JH Roper Jr and her father Bobby Nowlin.

She is survived by her husband Steven Treu. Her children, JH and Christy Roper of Azle TX, Robert and Dianna Roper of Saginaw TX, John and Samantha Roper of Arlington TX, Mary Roper and Nick Esparza of Bridgeport TX, Jarret and Jennifer Treu of Wisconsin, Shana Treu of Wisconsin and her adopted daughter Sheila Cruz of Watauga TX. She was a wonderful Nana to 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

The family has requested that any honorariums be donated to Lonesome Dove Baptist Church
