Linda Larue Tsoodle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away from this life to begin her eternal life in Heaven on January 30, 2022, at the age of 74. Linda was born in Norman, Oklahoma, to John and Minnie Parnell on June 17, 1947.
Linda was a longtime member of the South Lindsay Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir. She loved to sing, and even produced some of her own albums over the years. She had a servant's heart, and Linda actively volunteered for a variety of organizations, including feeding the homeless, ministering the Word of God to inmates in prison, delivering meals to the elderly for Meals on Wheels, and singing Christmas carols at nursing homes during the holidays. Her family was her entire universe. She was an avid sports fan, and her favorite thing in the world was watching her children, and later, grandchildren, play sports, never missing a game. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She touched the hearts of many during her lifetime and will be deeply and forever missed by all those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie C. Willbanks Parnell, her father, John B. Parnell, and a brother, Don Parnell.
Left behind to cherish Linda's memory are her loving husband, Eugene Tsoodle, of the home; her children, Kenton Tsoodle of Oklahoma City, and Kara Reyes and husband Humberto of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren, Alex Reyes, Eyvah Reyes, Sawyer Tsoodle, and Lyla Tsoodle; as well as a brother, Melvin Parnell.
