Graveside service for Linda Watson, 85, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 29, 2024, in Liberty Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, October 28, 2024, at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
Linda passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 in Cleburne. She was born April 9, 1939 in Hillsboro. Linda took great pride and passion in her Lord and Savor, Jesus Christ because she believed in the blessings that he provided her. The ability to be a loving mother and MawGaw, further her education obtaining a GED diploma and sharing a servant heart with friends and community through her works with JC Penney and Kmart. Her heart did not just stop with people, her love of animals went above beyond for Gods creations. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
Linda is survived by children, Tracy Watson & wife Cheryl, Mark Watson & wife Debbie. Robert Watson, Verree Shaw & husband, Landon; grandchildren, Kelli Ballesteros & husband Roy, Chad Watson, Beau Watson, Rance Watson & Brandi, Rande Watson & wife Jessica, Raychelle Watson, Logan Shaw and Tanner Shaw; great-grandchildren, Ian, Jaxon, Grayson, Lilly, Rainee, Ashlynn, Jackson, Ryan, Ridgley, John; nieces, Sherrie White, Terrie Williams, and loving sister, Katie Smalley.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Sol and Mary Elizabeth (Drummond) Snelson; sisters, Patsy McDaniel, and Barbara Matula; and brother, Richard Snelson.
