Linda G. Wick, born on January 30, 1946, in Franklin, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025, in Brownsburg, Indiana. Linda was a beacon of warmth and kindness who dedicated her life to helping others and ensuring they felt loved, valued, and needed.
Throughout her life, Linda found profound joy in caring for the children of others, often stepping in selflessly to nurture and guide young lives. Linda's compassion knew no bounds, and her legacy is characterized by the love and support she so willingly offered to those around her.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Paulynn Woods, and her stepchildren, Derek Sherers, Carrie Haught, and Valarie Khan. Linda took immense pride in her family, who were a source of joy and happiness in her life. She leaves behind 6 cherished grandchildren, 8 wonderful great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson, all of whom were fortunate enough to experience her loving spirit.
Though Linda's life was enriched by her family, she also bore the sorrow of loss with the passing of her dear son, Darrell Wick, and her beloved parents, Alvin and Bessie Gass. These losses never diminished her capacity to love and care for others, but instead, fueled her commitment to being a pillar of strength for her loved ones.
As we remember Linda G. Wick, we celebrate not only the life she lived but also the profound impact she had on everyone who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, love, and an unwavering dedication to family that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have her in their lives.
