Linda Widman-Riozzi

Linda Widman-Riozzi passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026, surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and fierce love. A beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, Linda was known for her warm heart, infectious smile, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome and seen.

Linda lived boldly and authentically, never afraid to love deeply, laugh loudly, or follow her own path. Family was the center of her world, and she showed her devotion through presence, humor, and unwavering love.

She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Lee, and her husband, Steven McCarthy; her son, Vincenzo Riozzi; her five siblings and their spouses, Paul, Mary Ellen, Mark, Donna, and Denise; her two cherished grandchildren, Avery and Anderson McCarthy; Michael Winters her partner who gave her the love she so deserved and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins whom she adored. Family was everything to Linda.

A prayer service where all are welcome will be held on March 1, 2026, from 12:00–2:00 PM at Ely Funeral Home. A celebration of life honoring Linda will follow at the Asbury Park Wall Elks

Linda's spirit will live on in the love she gave, the laughter she shared, and the countless lives she touched.
