Linda May (Grubbs) Womack passed away March 23, 2024, in Lubbock, TX. She was born February 24, 1950, to Gilbert and Iris (Routledge) Grubbs in Longview, TX. She graduated from Coronado High School, Lubbock. Linda Married Terry Womack in 1970.
Linda worked in the medical field for over 50 years. She received many awards and recognition for her volunteer work and patient care; she also volunteered, for 5 years, for Meals on Wheels. Linda won numerous bowling trophies, enjoyed scrapbooking, but most of all, she was a Christian at heart and was a member of the Highland Baptist Church, Lubbock.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and an older brother. Those remaining to cherish her memories are, her Husband Terry Womack, her daughters, Heidi and Shanna, and her grandkids, Spencer, Brandon, Michael, Ileigh,, her great-grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews.
