Linda Jean (Carroll) Wyke, 78, of McDonald, died Saturday, December 27, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born June 28, 1947, in Canonsburg, daughter of the late Joseph and Ameilia (Speer) Carroll.
Linda was a retired magistrate secretary for Washington County for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Alphonsus – St. Isidore the Farmer Parish. She enjoyed volunteering for Meals on Wheels. Linda was an avid tole painter and enjoyed having paint class with her dear friends. She painted many beautiful things through out her life including ceramics with her mother, Amy. She loved to paint with her family too, passing along good memories to each of them. She also enjoyed sewing and quilting. She loved spending time with her grand and great grandchildren.
Surviving are her sons, Jeff (Kristi) Wyke of Oakdale, Jamie (Sherry) Wyke, Brad (Denay) Wyke and Kevin (Nicole) Wyke of McDonald, along with grandchildren, Kaley Wyke, Brandy Wyke, Emily and Alex Wyke and Avery Wyke, and great grandchildren, Lennox, Teagan, Navarro and Nomir.
Along with her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her loving husband, Alexander "Lee" Wyke (2014) and siblings, Edward and Joseph Carroll and Janet Seibel.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald (724-926-2800). A Blessing Service will be held following the visitation on Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
