In Loving Memory of Lindsey Henry Eason
July 26, 1949 – August 22, 2025
Lindsey Henry Eason, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and patriot, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025, in Kennedale, Texas, at the age of 76. Born in Patterson, Georgia, on July 26, 1949, Lindsey lived a life marked by service, integrity, and deep love for his family.
Lindsey proudly served his country for 16 years in the United States military, retiring honorably as a Chief Warrant Officer 2 (CW2). His dedication to duty continued in the private sector, where he worked as an engineer at Lockheed Martin, contributing to vital government contracts until his retirement.
Beyond his professional achievements, Lindsey was a man of unwavering commitment to those he loved. He is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Lou Eason; his daughter, Theresa Mendoza with spouse Rudy Mendoza; and his son, James Eason with spouse Nicole Eason. He also leaves behind eight cherished grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy.
Lindsey's greatest treasure was his family, and he found his deepest fulfillment in spending time with them. Whether gathered around the dinner table or sharing stories from his travels, he was a steady presence of warmth and wisdom. He also gave back to his community, serving on the town council and offering his time and insight to help others.
A passionate traveler, Lindsey explored the world through both military service and his engineering career, collecting memories and friendships across continents.
His legacy of love, service, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
