Lionel Bobby Kawal

It's with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lionel Bobby Kawal, 80, on November 16, 2025. Born on January 9, 1945, in Trinidad and Tobago, Bobby made his home in the United States, where he became a beloved member of the community. He was a hardworking machine operator at a local bakery, putting in countless hours with dedication and a smile.

Bobby was survived by his loving wife, Linda Kawal, and cherished siblings, Sister Ruby Shah and Brother Clyde Kawal. Family and friends knew him as a passionate sports fan, particularly loving football (soccer) and cricket. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, often found working in the yard-even if that meant pulling up his wife's beautiful flowers. His playful spirit and dedication to his family will be missed by all who knew him.

A public viewing will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, where friends and family can come and share their memories. The funeral service will be livestreamed at 3:00 pm. We invite everyone to join us as we remember Bobby's life and the joy he brought to those around him.

Bobby, you will be missed, but your spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege to know you. Rest in peace.
