Lisa Marie Biggins

Lisa Marie Biggins, age 60, of Norwalk, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 at the Cleveland Clinic. Born October 30, 1965 in Martin, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Julis and Ida B. (Bryant) Hall. Lisa was a 1983 graduate of New London High School and earned a bachelor's of education with comprehensive science certification from Bowling Green State University, and later earned her special education certificate. She taught science, and later special education, for Plymouth Schools until her retirement.

With an eye for design, Lisa maintained beautiful flower gardens and enjoyed making wreaths and floral arrangements. She would also refurbish furniture and enjoyed home decorating. Her charming home was always warm and welcoming, and she most cherished the time that she spent with those that she loved. Family and friends meant everything to Lisa, and she will be fondly remembered by many.

Survivors include her mother, Ida B. Hall, of Wakeman; brothers, Robert Hall, and Michael Dean Hall, both of Wakeman; and her beloved pets, Bob, Bo, and Rosie. Lisa was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William "Bill" Biggins; and her father, Julis Hall.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., New London, OH 44851. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 13, 2025 beginning at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery in Norwalk.
