Lisa Ann Ellinger Edmonds, 59, of Logan, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at her home. Lisa was born on June 29, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lawrence Jacob and Waveline C. (Meyer) Ellinger.
Lisa was a loving mother and best friend to her daughter, Jamie. She was a fighter until the end. Lisa loved nature, camping, and the beach.
Lisa is survived by her daughter, Jamie Edmonds of Logan; lifelong friend / “sister”, Euteva Passmore of Circleville; uncle, Merle Ellinger; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St, Logan, with Garry Meyer officiating. Interment will be in New Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge. Family and friends may visit from 5 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in memory of Lisa to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or FairHoPe Hospice.
