Lisa Fischer Obituary
A life-long resident of Kaukauna, Lisa was born on January 19, 1969 to Wilma (Krause) Vanderloop and the late Paul "Pugo" Vanderloop. In her youth, Lisa was known to be the life of the party and did not go unnoticed when she entered a room. Lisa had a servant's heart and her work revolved around caring for others. She was able to live out this servitude the past 5 years, working as a room attendant for St. Paul Elder Care in Kaukauna, where she would bring smiles and laughter to the residents she crossed paths with.
Lisa's favorite past times included watching soap operas with a cold Pepsi and sitting pool-side with her family and dogs. Her favorite night out consisted of consuming a few adult beverages and enjoying the Surf and Turf Special at The Heiting Place in Little Chute. Most of all, she will be remembered for her unconditional love and support of her children and family (even though none of them could start a fire as well as she could!)
Lisa is survived by and will be dearly missed by her husband, Thomas Fischer of Kaukauna; children, Dillion Fischer of New Holstein and Mikaila Fischer of Kaukauna; mother, Wilma Vanderloop of Kimberly; siblings, Terry Vanderloop of Kaukauna, Julie (Bill) Greenwood of Wausau, Jenny (Ken) Schuh of Kaukauna, Michael Vanderloop of Wausau and Valerie (Todd) Splitgerbar of Appleton; and numerous dear family and friends. Last, but not least, she is survived by her loving golden retriever, Oswald Fischer.
In addition to her father, Lisa was preceded in death by her brother, Todd Vanderloop and sister-in-law, Julie Vanderloop.
Lisa's family would like everyone to remember her for the laughter and positivity she brought into a room, and invite all to gather/celebrate Lisa's with them. A Memorial Service will be held for her at 6 PM on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Wichmann Funeral Home, Fargo Chapel, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., Kaukauna, WI 54130. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home from 4 PM to the time of service.

Thoughts and prayers for all of Lisa´s family at this time of grieving I worked with Lisa at St. Paul´s and she was such a wonderful person to have met and to work with She always lit up the room wherever she was and always made me laugh and have a good time even when I was having a not so good day I sure am going to miss her beautiful smile and her hearty laugh Fly high beautiful, and rest easy my friend
