Obituary for Lisa Heard

January 13, 1965 – October 5, 2025

Lisa Heard, 60, of Clovis, California, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 13, 1965, in Wilton, Connecticut, Lisa lived a life defined by love, creativity, and deep devotion to her family and faith.

She was the cherished wife of Greg Heard, with whom she shared nearly 40 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a life full of love, laughter, and countless memories. Lisa was a devoted mother to her son, Connor Heard, and a loving sister to Sheryl Johns and Tracey Spawn (husband Jeff). She also leaves behind her nephews Jason and Jared, her niece Lessa, and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were touched by her warmth and kindness.

Lisa was a woman of many passions. She found joy in the quiet moments-spending hours working on intricate puzzles, gardening, painting, and reading scripture, which reflected her gentle spirit and steadfast faith. She loved to travel, always eager to experience new places and cultures, and was known for her unique collection of fine pens-each one telling a story of her journey. Above all, she treasured her time at home with her beloved dog, Pepper, who never left her side. And she loved the color purple!

Lisa's life was a testament to the beauty of simple joys and the power of enduring love. She will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, creativity, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear.

Lisa was an advocate for the CholangioCarcinoma Foundation and traveled to their annual conferences.

Her absence leaves a deep void, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Lisa's celebration of life will be held Sunday November 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at Clovis Hills Church, Willow & International located at: 759 E. International Avenue Clovis, California 93619

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in her memory to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (cholangiocarcinoma.org).
