Highland – Lisa M. Hocking, age 51, of Highland, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville.
She was born on January 8, 1974 in Monroe, Wisconsin, the daughter of Kim Ann Titley and Maximo Anibal Soliman. She married Todd Alan Hocking on March 22, 2002 in Darlington, Wisconsin.
Lisa was a survivor of childhood leukemia cancer and graduated from West Grant High School in 1993. She went on to receive her Certified Nursing Assistant certification from Southwest Technical College. After many years doing work as a CNA, she went to Blackhawk Technical College to become a phlebotomist. Along with taking care of people, Lisa was an amazing mother and the loudest cheerleader at all her children's events. She was an outstanding baker and loved baking treats to gift. Lisa enjoyed her time outdoors hiking and gardening.
Lisa is survived by her husband Todd; her children Jason A. Lehman, Zachary R. Smith and Joscalyn A. Hocking; her brother James Titley.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Pastor Fred Perkins will officiate. A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until time of services on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the funeral home.
