Lisa Lynn, 43 of Gaylord, unexpectedly passed away Monday, December 4, 2023, at home. Born in Charlevoix on June 5, 1980, the daughter of James and Faye (Orange) Parrish.

There is no way to explain how much kindness Lisa had in her heart, the contagiousness of her joy or the depth of her love. Family always came first. Words cannot describe how much she will be missed.  We must remind ourselves that when we look for her, we can look at the stars at night and look into the eyes and hearts of everyone here to find a little piece of her. When we listen to music, we will feel her there and remember her beautiful voice. Her fierce love, brains, sassiness, love of sports, and her free spirit live on through her children. She will live on forever through our memories. She is in the kingdom of Heaven, happy, healthy, and proud of her family. As we say, farewell to her, we entrust her soul to the hands of a merciful and loving God.

She truly loved and cherished her children, who will continue her legacy.  James Troy, Logan, Lucas, and Peyton; her parents, Jim and Faye; and her two brothers, Scott (Amanda) and Thomas (Natalie).  She will be greatly missed.

If you feel led, please send memorial contributions to James & Faye Parrish, c/o P.O. Box 249, Gaylord, MI 49734 . All funds will go to a college fund to support her four children.

Please share your memories and personal messages with the family on her guestbook below.
