Lisa was born November 29, 1964 in Scottsboro, AL to parents, Tom Ed and Wanda Lee Stone Releford. She had worked for many years in the Hosiery Industry. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Billy Jack Phillips.
Survivors include children, Michelle Phillips(Steve Whritenour), Ethan Phillips, Nathan Phillips, grandchildren, Alaina, Harper, Wynter and Legend Whritenour, Ryder and Araya Dye, Braylee Baker, sister, Lynn Wilbanks, special friend, Ed Manning, nephews, Brandon Wilbanks(Candace), Kyle Wilbanks(Amanda), Freddie Lee Bradford, mother-in-law, Opal Gilbreath Phillips Walker, sister-in-law, Tammy Phillips Bradfrod, brother-in-law, Dennis Wilbanks.
