Delilah was born December 31, 2024, in Canton, GA. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Dewayne Neal Fulton, Sr. and Mai Van Bang.
She is survived by her parents, Dewayne Fulton and Hoa Fulton; her big brother, Daniel Mai Fulton; grandmothers, Nguyen Thi Chiem and Cindy Fulton; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Delilah will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:30 P.M. on Sunday, September 28, 2025. A brief service will immediately follow.
