On February 13, 1982, Lloyd married the love of his life, Vickie Kathleen Allen, in Bessie, OK. Their union was one of mutual respect, deep affection, and unwavering support, creating a loving home in Coweta, OK. Together, they raised two sons, Kyle and Karson, who inherited their father's strong values and sense of responsibility.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, Gary Wendall and Sally June Calvert.
An avid outdoorsman, Lloyd relished his time spent bass tournament and crappie fishing, boating on Tenkiller Lake, and grilling and cooking for family and friends. He was a huge fan of the OU Sooners, enjoying the thrill of college football, and he found joy in shooting pool and listening to music. Lloyd's zest for life and his hobbies brought great happiness not only to himself but also to those who had the pleasure of joining him.
