Lloyd A. Cunningham, 92, of Centralia passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.

Graveside services will be held 12:30 PM Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Red Top Christian Church Cemetery in Hallsville. Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 12:00 PM Wednesday at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia.

Lloyd was born on December 23, 1932, in Rocheport, the son of Frank and Ollie (Taylor) Cunningham.

On December 12, 1959, in Hallsville, Lloyd married Judith Jacobson, and she preceded him in death on December 10, 2019.

Lloyd is survived by a son, Dennis Cunningham of Hallsville, a daughter, Sheryl Burks and husband Ron of Centralia, grandchildren, Anthony Burks and wife Cassie of Hallsville, Chris Burks of Hallsville, and Amanda Walt of Hallsville, Great-Granddaughter, Addilyn Walt.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Johnthan Cunningham, and his siblings, Russell Cunningham, Jewell Coats, and Mary Ann Cunningham.

Lloyd enjoyed crafts and going to craft shows, listening to old time country music, watching the St. Louis Cardinals and collecting toy tractors. He had worked for MODOT for several years and also worked at the Hallsville schools with Judith for several years.

His greatest joy was his family, and especially the love of his life Judith, he cherished and cared for her until her last days.

Memorial donations are suggested to the St. Croix Hospice and may be sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, 104 S. Collier St. Centralia, MO 65240.
