Lloyd Dale Gressman

Services for Lloyd Dale Gressman, 68, will be held at 10 am Saturday, July 8, 2023 in the Chapel of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home with Diann Mueller officiating. Burial will follow in Daingerfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Gressman was born on November 9, 1954 in Birmingham, Alabama to Alfred and Norma Gressman and passed away on Monday morning, July 3, 2023 in a Tyler hospital. Services have been entrusted to the Horn Family at Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home of Daingerfield. Pallbearers will be Roy Don Walker, Kris Walker, Jonathan Gressman, Jr., Jeffery Gressman, Jonathan Manriquez and Matt Watkins, Sr. Honorary pallbearers will be Lewis Rainey and Justin Mitchell.
Mr. Gressman was a retired warehouse worker at Neiman Marcus. He enjoyed singing and playing guitar. As an accomplished musician, he had several bands over the years, including "Sugar Hill Band", "Two Steps Back" and "A Touch of Gray". He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Janina Draper Gressman; sons, Jonathan Gressman, Sr. and wife Brandi and Jeremy Gressman; grandchildren, Nathan Kyle Mullins, Jeffery Allen Gressman, Jonathan Gressman, Jr., Ashley Gressman, Jack Precise and Sierra Cason; great grandchildren, Damon Roberts, Anna Cason and England Gressman; sister Kay Wilkes; brothers, Roy Don Walker and wife Joan, Larry Gressman and Greg Gressman.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a favorite charity.
