Lloyd was born in Houston, TX on October 14, 1958 to the late Dorothy Mae Noel and Eugene Edward Noel. On August 29, 2003 he married the love of his life, Deborah Speck Noel. In January of 2016, he became the proud father of Houston Police Sergeant Paige Noel.
Lloyd was a caring and loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He loved spending time with family, fishing, hunting, playing games, and helping anyone he came across. He attended April Sound Church prior to attending Lone Star Cowboy Church with family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patty Lyons, and brother, Dennis Noel.
Lloyd is survived by loving family: wife, Deborah Speck Noel, daughter, Paige Noel, step-son, Christopher Speck, brother, Eugene "Eddie" Noel Jr., sisters, Cindy Thiele and husband Robert Woods, and Julie Goodroe.
Services to celebrate Lloyd's life will be held on Wednesday, January 14th at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of First Methodist Conroe, 4308 W Davis St, Conroe, TX 77304.

I can´t imagine the pain Lloyds family is going through. My heart aches for everyone. Lloyd was always a joy to be around. Cherish his memories.
