Lloyd Edwin Rader Jr. M.D., 72, of Little Rock, Arkansas, who served at the North Little Rock Veteran's Hospital for 22 years before his retirement in 2003, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2004. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to UAMS Department of Psychiatry, Capital Campaign's Psychiatric Education Suite, 4301 W. Markham Street #554, Little Rock, AR 72205. Arrangements entrusted to Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, Little Rock, Arkansas.
