Logan Gunner (Eck) Parson, 29, of Oak Grove, MN passed away December 12, 2025 enroute to the Mercy Hospital.
Funeral services were held December 20, 2025 at Spirit of Christ Lutheran Church, Ham Lake, with a convoy in honor of Logan preceding the service, organized by Logan's many friends.
Logan was born June 17, 1996 to Shane and Debra Eck at the Bemidji Hospital. He moved at an early age to Andover, MN with his mother and brother, Storm. He attended and later graduated from St. Francis School in 2014. After high school, he attended more schooling at Universal Technical Institute at Lisle, IL for vehicle maintenance and repair. After returning to the Andover area, he was united in marriage to Christy Lonergan in 2016 and together had a daughter, Ava, who was his pride and joy.
Logan enjoyed fishing but had a real passion for fixing on anything that had a motor, especially cars and trucks. He was in the process of restoring a pickup his dad Shane had previously owned. After recovering from a serious motorcycle accident a few years ago, he had a difficult time working on motors but seemed to manage it anyway with strong determination. He was a very special young man with a heart of gold.
Logan leaves to mourn his passing his daughter Ava; parents Deb and Jeff; brother Storm and wife Ashly; nieces and nephew, Autumn, Shelby and Hunter of Ham Lake; grandparents Bob and Sue Eck and Shirley Dukek of Bagley; great-grandmother Mavis Eck, Bagley; aunts and uncles Troy and Leslie Eck and Roberta and Bud Adams of Bagley and Jim and Karen Dukek; and many cousins.
Logan was preceded in death by his dad, Shane Eck; brother Hunter Eck; grandfather Bob Dukek; and great-grandparents Robert Eck and Palmer and Opal Friborg.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
