Obituary published on Legacy.com by Jones Funeral Home - Swansboro on Dec. 4, 2025.
Stella- Lois "Carole" Hall, born December 13,1937 in Hackensack, NJ passed away peacefully at the age of 87 on Sunday, November 30,2025 surrounded by her family.

Carole met her husband of 64 years, David Hall, when the Ft. Monmouth army base invited the girls from the finishing school to attend a dance. David asked Carole to dance, and they hit it off. The couple were married on September 2, 1961. They raised two boys and many dogs.

Before retirement, Carole was the Director of the Windsor Locks Congregational Church nursery school in Connecticut. Carole enjoyed reading, camping, and traveling. In her later years, she dedicated time to doing volunteer work through the church as well as the local garden club's various beautification projects.

Carole's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by husband, David Hall. Her sons, Jeffrey Hall and his wife Nadia of Hampton, CT. Kevin Hall and his wife Suzanne of Lancaster MA. Her grandchildren: Matthew, Rachel, Heather, Amber, and Chloe, and great grandchildren, Hunter, Michael and Penelope. Her Sister-in-law Gayle VanBuren and nieces Sharon Brayfield and Kelly Burns.
