Lois Hustad Obituary
Lois was born on January 28, 1935, in Edgerton, Wisconsin, to Virgil and Verna (Beahm) Brown. She was united in marriage to Donald Hustad on November 25, 1952, at St. Luke Methodist Church in Dubuque, Iowa.
Lois was a longtime member of the Edgerton Methodist Church and dedicated many years of service working in the Edgerton School lunch program. She found great joy in spending time with family and friends, especially playing euchre, participating in numerous bowling leagues, casino trips, and tending to her flower gardens. She also loved feeding birds and took pride in maintaining her home and gardens in Albion.
Lois is survived by her son, Steven (Anny) Hustad of New Bern, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael) Gransee of Milton, Wisconsin, and Andrew (Dayna) Osborne of Edgerton, Wisconsin; and three great-grandchildren: Cole and Claire Gransee and Olivia Vitaioli-Osborne. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hustad; her daughter, Susan Murray; and her brother, Frank (Marilyn) Brown.
A visitation will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 10. 2026, at the Albrecht Funeral Home, Edgerton with a service to follow. at 12 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lois' name can be made to Agrace Hospice and the Southern Wisconsin Humane Society. www.albrechtfuneralhomes.com
