RHOME - Lois Traffanstedt was born on August 1, 1946, in Brownsville Texas to Audrey and Sylvester Willmon.
Visitation: 5 - 7 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Greenwood Funeral Home in Memorial Suite A, 3344 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107. Funeral Service: 9:30 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2024, in Live Oak Chapel at Greenwood; 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107; followed by interment at Rendon Cemetery.
Lois lived an extraordinary life, she was a shining example of faith, love, and kindness. Lois left an incredible mark on all who knew her until her passing on July 28, 2024. She triumphantly celebrated her 78th heavenly birthday August 1, 2024, with her loving husband Harold who she celebrated over 50 years of marriage with.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Traffanstedt; as well as her siblings, Elizabeth Swanson, Jeanette Willmon and James Willmon.
Her legacy will live on through the ones she leaves behind: her only child, Duane Traffanstedt; her grandchildren, Ashley Williams and her husband, Lee Williams, Hannah Hernandez and her husband, Edgar Hernandez, Hailee Lorenz and her husband, Travis Lorenz, Dustin Traffanstedt and his wife, Milan Traffanstedt; and her great-grandchildren, Hayden Williams, Blakely Williams and Davina Hernandez. She is also survived by her one living sister, Linda Robertson; and many nieces and nephews.
The many lives she's touched will celebrate her memory and always cherish her life. Lois Traffanstedt may you always be remembered forever and always as Nanny.
