Lois Woodard Obituary
Lois was born on December 22, 1962, in Washington, DC, the daughter of the late French and Jeanine Rice Rodriguez. Lois had a deep love of music, finding joy and comfort in melodies she enjoyed. She was also an animal lover, cherishing the companionship and unconditional love they brought.
Lois is survived by three daughters: Nicole Ingersoll of Cleveland, NC; Robyn Phelix of Fredericksburg, VA; Allison Kymmell of Virginia Beach, VA; five sisters: Libby Shough, Lee Trammell Swartwout, Lori Trammell, Linda Kidwell and Patricia Swartwout and five grandchildren: Felix and Finnigan McEwen, Millie and Rhett Ingersoll and Ryan Woodard.
All arrangements will be privately held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Lois to your local area SPCA.
