Lois Wyatt Obituary

URBANA - Lois Wyatt, 93 of Urbana, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Lois was born on March 30, 1932 in Hartford, Connecticut, to Edward and Lillian Mahoney.

Lois was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother — the heart and soul of her family. She dedicated herself to her role as a homemaker, creating a warm and loving home where memories were made and traditions cherished. Lois found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was spending afternoons bowling, enjoying peaceful days fishing at the lake with her loved ones, or cheering on her favorite horses at the county fair. Her love, laughter, and unwavering presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all the people whose life she touched.

Lois is survived by her daughter Lisa Wyatt; sons, David (Cindy) Smith and Dennis (Lynn) Smith; 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence Earl Wyatt; sister Shirley Mahoney and brother, Edward Mahoney III.

Arrangements have been entrusted to SKILLMAN-MCDONALD-VERNON Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.vernonfh.com.
