Lambert-Tatman Funeral Homes & Crematory-Pike Street - ParkersburgLola Josephine Snyder, 89, of Davisville, passed away October 2, 2025 at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born June 10, 1936 a daughter to the late Clifford and Virginia B. Hutchinson Nutter.
Lola was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved her family, and enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her grandkids.
She leaves behind her daughter, Kathy Moss and son, Tim Snyder (Jill); daughter-in-law, Norene Snyder; brother, Gene Nutter (Pat); five grandchildren, Tracy Boggs (Seth), Shelley Snyder, Brandon Moss (Josh), Drew Snyder (Ashley), and Jake Snyder (Kelly); eight great-grandchildren, Alyssa Trammel (Nick), David Abel, Jaquias Williams (Zicri), Bryce, Gavin, and Ayden Petty, and Knox and Lettie Snyder; four great-great-grandchildren, Sophia Boggs, Rosario and Phoebe Trammel, and Daelani Williams; numerous nieces and nephews; and an honorary daughter, Vicki Wickey.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth “Buck” R. Snyder, Jr.; her son, Steve Snyder; son-in-law, Ron Moss; and her sister, Dorothy Freshour.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Alan Wickey officiating. Gathering of family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Latrobe Street Missions, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg.
Lambert Tatman Funeral Home has been entrusted with Lola’s final wishes and are honored to serve the Snyder family.
