Lonnie Ryan Spicer, 55, of Rogers passed away on July 31, 2025, in his home in Rogers, Aransas. He was born on November 4, 1969, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Donald Reggie Spicer and Connie Sue Fuller Spicer.
