Lorayne J. Herrmann of Waukesha died Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the age of 94. She was born in Phillips, Wisconsin on July 11, 1930, the daughter of Frank and Ann (nee Hedbavny) Bolton. Lorayne was a 1948 graduate of Phillips High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin Madison. She worked at Sears in the accounting department from 1967 until her retirement in 1988. She attended Fox River Christian Church where she especially enjoyed the time of hospitality and fellowship on Sunday. Lorayne always enjoyed spending time in her yard and at her swimming pool. She was very devoted to her grandson and her great grandsons.
She is survived by her son, Gary (Julie) Williams of New Berlin, stepchildren Georgianne (the late Jerry) Weidner of Waukesha, Jeff (Pat) Herrmann of Arizona, Scott (Tammy) Herrmann of Waukesha, and Denise Herrmann of Florida, son-in-law Mike Dalton of West Bend, grandson Dustin (Elizabeth) Slane of New Berlin, and great-grandsons Evan and Dylan. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Harvey who passed away July 13, 2017, her daughter Dawn Dalton in 2017, and her brother Ray Bolton in 2016.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM until the time of the family eulogies at 11:00 AM at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Avenue Waukesha WI 53186. Entombment will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
