Lorena June Bagi

Lorena June Bagi, 86, went to be with our Lord peacefully at home in Palm Coast, Florida, on March 17, 2025. Her loving family by her side as the light of God shone upon June.
Born Lorena June Garland, June 11, 1938, in Johnson City, Tennessee, to Archie and Lily (Taylor) Garland. June was a graduate of Johnston Memorial Hospital's school of nursing in Abingdon, Virginia, on a scholarship in 1959. June took and passed her boards becoming a registered nurse with reciprocity after graduation. June was accepted at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where she met her soulmate, John Bagi, Sr., and married him on January 1, 1960.
June was the most beloved wife, mother, granny, and great granny. She leaves behind her wonderful children, Diane Robinson and husband Lee, John Bagi, Jr. and wife Sharon, Elizabeth Ann Bagi-Pabst, and Michael Bagi; grandchildren, Ashley Robinson-Walsh and husband Christopher; Alyssa Diane Robinson, John Bagi III, Joseph Matthew Bagi, Liza Pabst Marcoux and husband Andrew, Howard Lloyd Pabst III; and great granddaughter, Ella Rose Walsh. June is also survived by her brother, Gene Garland, and sister, Kathy Perkins; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Ponte Vedra Valley, 4750 Palm Valley Road, with Father Joseph Kuhlman as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
