Lorena Castillo Obituary

Lori, who was special needs, had a childlike spirit that brought joy and light to everyone around her. Her innocence, sweet nature, and pure heart were a constant reminder of unconditional love. She was a blessing to her family and to all who cared for her.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, J.C. Castillo and Julian Castillo, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted sister, Charlotte Claudine Castillo; her loving brothers, John Castillo and Joel Castillo; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rudy Garza Funeral Home in Harlingen. A chapel service will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Cemetery.
Lori's childlike joy and loving presence will be missed but forever remembered by those whose lives she touched.

My sincerest condolences to the family of Lorena Castillo. Sorry for not being at the funeral, just got the news of her passing July 18, 2025. Sending prayer of strength, peace and comfort.
