Domingo Pedro Brito, 83, passed away on January 29, 2026, at Goshen Hospital surrounded by his family.

Born on February 8, 1942, Domingo was the beloved son of Pedro Brito and Margarita (Gallardo) Brito in Santa Rosa, TX.

On Sunday January 3, 1965, he married his beloved Genoveva Ramirez at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in La Feria, Texas. They spent forty-seven wonderful years making memories and raising their beautiful children until her passing in 2012.

Domingo worked for thirty plus years for Spartech, Warsaw. He trained fellow employees as machine operators. Domingo was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw

He loved his family and enjoyed teaching them how to be upstanding community members and a great work ethic. In his spare time, he enjoyed Tinkering on everything he could get his hands on. He also loves to collect everything, so his motto was “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”

Domingo is survived by his children, John “J.R.” (Colette)Brito, North Webster, Jesse Sr. (Laura) Brito, Pierceton, Joel (Teresa) Brito, Milford, and Jessica Brito of Milford. Siblings, Meliton (Maria L.) Brito, Elgin, TX, Emmanuela Brito Martinez, La Feria, TX, Calistro Brito La Feria, TX, three grandsons, eight granddaughters, five great grandsons and one great granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, five brothers, one sister and one grandson.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 4 , 2026 at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford from 5-7 p.m. Services will be on Thursday February 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 223 Gilliam Dr., Warsaw, IN 46580 with Father Wilson Corzo officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
