Lorene Cook Obituary
She is preceded in death by her parents: Andrew Mack and Grace Lee Morgan Miller, a son: Richard Lynn Cook, her grandsons: Stephen Nathaniel Cates and Davey Alan Williams, brothers: Charles "Buddy" Miller, Jimmy Miller, Claude Miller, Paul Miller, and Donnie Miller.
Lorene is survived by her husband of 59 years: James L. Cook, daughters: Susan Lopez (Eduardo) and Christina Willeby (Curtis), her grandchildren: Josh May (Cari), Michael May, Olivia Stewart (Justin), James Robert Cates (Meghan), Taylor Williams (Angela), and Kaleb Nathaniel Willeby, a sister: Nancy Osborne, five great-grandchildren: Joseph Frerichs, Aurora Stewart, Xander Cates, Ryder Cates, Genna Williams, and Bryson Cates, along with several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Ziegler Funeral Home, with funeral services at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at McMinn Memory Gardens. Reverend Will Davis will be officiating.
Taylor Williams, Curtis Willeby, Eduardo Lopez, Kaleb Willeby, and Michael May and J. R. Cates will serve as pallbearers.
