Lorene Welch Desadier

Funeral services for Lorene Desadier, 89, of Natchitoches, LA will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Truman Leach officiating. Interment will follow in St. Maurice Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 A.M. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Desadier was born July 27, 1933 in Louella, LA and passed away April 16, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband, O C "Chick" Desadier; father, William "T Bone" Welch, Jr.; mother, Cornie Antee Welch; three brothers, Stanley Welch, Odelle Welch, and Gus Welch; one sister, Corine Waters; grandchildren, Julie Desadier and Joshua Desadier; sons-in-law, Freddie Kelley and Ronald Sanders, Sr.; and daughter-in-law, Patsy Desadier.
Mrs. Desadier is survived by three sons, Richard Desadier, Sr. and wife Gloria, Dallas Desadier, and Rickey Desadier and wife Christina; four daughters, Martha Stephens and husband Steve, Glenda Sanders, Vicki Berry and husband David, and Jennifer Broadway and husband Randy; brothers, Johnny Welch, Jerry Welch and Robert Welch; sisters, Mary Anne Bullock and Nelda Hernandez; grandsons: Little Richard, Jaime, Justin, Brandon, Shane, and Lil Ron; granddaughters, Peggy, Caitlyn, Sherry, Kim, Crystal, Lacie, and Ashley; 38 great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bryson Sanders, Shane Kelley, Lil Shane Kelley, Brandon Malone, Corey Eddington, Justin Desadier, Jaime Desadier, and Triston Malone.
