A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Lorene Wilbourne Leeth, 86, will be Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM at New Salem Cemetery, with Bro. Richard Richie officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No public visitation is scheduled.

Mrs. Leeth passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born April 2, 1939, in Madison County, to Ora L. Wilbourn and Mattie Painter Wilbourn.

Lorene was a devoted mother and homemaker who poured her heart into caring for her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren deeply, and they were truly the light of her life. A woman of strong faith, she was a proud Baptist who had been saved and baptized, and she lived her life with dedication and hard work.

She was known for her honesty and straightforward nature-never afraid to speak her mind and always true to herself. She brought laughter and authenticity wherever she went.

In her quieter moments, she found joy in tending to her garden, listening to Elvis, and watching wrestling. She had a special fondness for angel figurines and loved collecting knick-knacks that reflected her personality and memories.

She will be remembered for her strength, her love, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Leonard Leeth, a son- Robin Leeth, and her parents.

Survivors include
Daughters - Sherry Tidwell (Steve), and
Deborah Tidwell (Bobby),

Sons - Steven Leeth and
Doug Leeth,

Brother - Emmit Wilbourn,

Sister - Linda Myers (Jimmy),

Seven Grandchildren,

Fourteen Great Grandchildren,

Pallbearers will be Bo Leeth, Everett Sanford, Jacob Knowles, Jeff Tidwell, Michael Truss, and Nathan Calahan.
